Educational Services & Products, LLC provides a wide array of services, products, and technical assistance to School Districts throughout the country. This includes third-party billing services with respect to the various health-related services that those School Districts provide to Special Education students, Section 504 students and General Population students who are eligible for the Title XIX/Medicaid Program or the Title XXI/State Children’s Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) – and their eligible administrative costs. In addition, it also includes the various components of ESP’s Student Tracking And Reporting System™ (STARS™) – and data storage and retrieval and disaster recovery services.
