In addition to our Medicaid claiming services and our STARS™ software, we also offer a wide array of other services and products to our School District clients. These include, but are not limited to, the following:

Data Storage & Retrieval - and Data Back-Up and Disaster Recovery

Although many School Districts now utilize automated systems to store large amounts of data, most School Districts still maintain much of their vital information in paper format. In addition, most School Districts' automated systems do not have adequate data back-up or disaster recovery capabilities - and do not meet the new Federal requirements concerning the storage of electronic communications.

In order to address the above-cited deficiencies, ESP has teamed with VectorOne Strategic Solutions, Inc. (VectorOne) to provide secure, off-site data storage/retrieval services - and to ensure that School Districts are able to maintain their core functions in emergency situations by recreating their operating environments. In this regard, VectorOne's Tier 4 Data Center ensures that School Districts can resume operations within four (4) hours or less of any emergency or disaster - and to access and utilize all of the data and/or systems that they had electronically stored in VectorOne's Data Center.
